This easy recipe blends the soothing flavors of our Calming Cocoa with wholesome ingredients, creating a warm, comforting dessert that’s both delicious and guilt-free.

Ingredients:
  • 1 serving Calming Cocoa™
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (or any sugar substitute)
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large, microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, a scoop of Calming Cocoa™, monk fruit sweetener, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir in the milk, avocado oil, water and vanilla extract until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips for extra richness (optional).
  4. Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 45 seconds, or until the cake is set in the middle. Adjust the cooking time as needed based on your microwave's power.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying this warm, soothing, chocolatey treat!
