Ingredients:
- 1 serving Calming Cocoa™
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (or any sugar substitute)
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large, microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, a scoop of Calming Cocoa™, monk fruit sweetener, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in the milk, avocado oil, water and vanilla extract until smooth and well mixed.
- Gently fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips for extra richness (optional).
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 45 seconds, or until the cake is set in the middle. Adjust the cooking time as needed based on your microwave's power.
